1. Explore the Subtle Changes from Moment to Moment.

The nervous system itself is alive with chaos. Everything is made of motion and even the perception of things too small to be seen by the naked eye itself wavers. I simply observe the strongest feeling. I make sure not to ignore what changes from one moment to the next to ensure I am not leaving present time (the only time which actually exists!) and slipping into reduced consciousness.

It assists the 1st Element of Circular Breathing by automatically adjusting my breathing to my exact situation.

It assists the 2nd Element of Complete Relaxation by putting me in a receptive rather than controlling mode.

It assists the 3rd Element of Awareness in Detail by providing sufficient detail for integration. It reduces my preconceived mental searching and fosters realism versus hypothetical imaginary ideals which can make my actual feelings seem negative in comparison.

It assists the 4th Element of Integration into Ecstasy by showing that my emotion isn’t really stuck. I feel flowing energy assuming solid form rather than rigid frailty. I feel the creative force of the universe connecting back to the beginning persisting even to this moment and this all results in a pleasureable shift of feeling.

It assists the 5th Element of Do What You Do – Willingness Is Enough by showing how my progress occurs on its own. Honestly feeling rather than trying to mold myself is pleasurable.




2. Inhale Through the Strongest Feeling.

I take in air or energy through the part of my body with the strongest feeling. I’m not sending energy, but absorbing or drinking it in. I inhale as if the opening through which I take air is within the strongest feeling.

It assists the 1st Element of Circular Breathing by coordinating my breathing and feeling.

It assists the 2nd Element of Complete Relaxation by creating an internal massage.

It assists the 3rd Element of Awareness in Detail by increasing vividness of feeling.

It assists the 4th Element of Integration into Ecstasy by in taking energy from the feeling. I am joining what is good and pleasurable about it.

It assists the 5th Element of Do What You Do – Willingness Is Enough by showing my willingness to feel and showing how I don’t have to do anything but accept what is being given to feel good.



3. Enjoy this Moment as Much as You Can

No moment is infinitely unpleasant. There is always some degree of pleasure. This means concentrating on what is enjoyable. Taking every effort to drink every last drop of pleasure that is available, how much or little, whether I am active or relaxed. It’s not the same as the Fourth Element.

It assists the 1st Element of Circular Breathing by drawing feelings into my loving mode. It perfects my breathing. Circular breathing is the most enjoyable way and the healthiest.

It assists the 2nd Element of Complete Relaxation by reducing struggling.

It assists the 3rd Element of Awareness in Detail because the limitation of my enjoyment stands out, and fun details are more vivid.

It assists the 4th Element of Integration into Ecstasy by increasing my receptivity to the good side.

It assists the 5th Element of Do What You Do – Willingness Is Enough as my willingness to enjoy expresses willingness to do anything it takes.




The stranglehold by old negativity that occurs when I hold myself prisoner to it inhibits my body’s natural inclination to function this way. Vivation is a conscious decision to continuously love and yield to my own innate desire and wisdom for happiness. Agreeing with the philosophical and psychological description of Vivation can only plant the seed for this new evolution of self. To cultivate it requires conscious attention to the physical patterns of energy within my body, and thus performing the activity and experience of Vivation.
