The most current way to teach Vivation is through the Seven Basic Lessons:
One for each of the Five Elements, One on the The Three Points to Remember, and One on the Absolute 4th Element, which takes a more philosophical approach to the Fourth Element of Integration into Ecstasy.
The lessons can be conducted anywhere that isn't illegal or hazardous to our health. This includes your or my home, hotel room, workplace, park, wilderness, campgrounds, beach, mall, busy sidewalk etc. Each lesson is approximately 2 hours. The first half involves fundamental explanation of the skills and concepts of a particular segment of Vivation. I answer questions as well as lead you through physical experiences and show you how to translate what I've described on the verbal and visual level to the feeling level to immediately begin resolving and rediscovering your kinasthetic sense.
The next hour of the lesson is a coached Vivation session. The typical initial positions for learning to Vive involve sitting, standing, or lying down in an open, relaxing, loving posture. As a coach I will observe your breathing and bodily activity overall, serving you with periodic reccomendations and reminders for your internal journey and evolution. I am here to assist you with difficulties and to encourage you that it does in fact keep getting better.

Since Vivation is a process of letting go of doing what limits your enjoyment, rather than something which requires additional attention to perform, you can Vive in ANY circumstance. Thus here are some common 'formats' for Vivation Sessions:
Closed Eye: This is most similar to a meditative state. The Viver is usually sitting or lying down.
Eye Gaze: The Viver peers into the eyes of the coach or another Viver. This activates emotions about how you experience someone else's activations as well as how they feel about your activations.
Mirror: The Viver gazes into his or her own eyes. Explore your feelings about how you are Viving!

Hot and Cold Water: Hot water is highly activating of feelings relating to birth and intensity of emotion. The Cold is more related to numbness and sleep. I had profound experiences in both hot and cold water baths at the Sierra Hot Springs. As Paul guided me out of the steamy hot water I felt a paradoxically relaxing total disorientation.
The cold water was even more exciting. I experienced what I can best describe as my elemental ancestry with the earth. I could sense the commonallity between the water flowing in the tub and water content in my body. I had, through a process billions of years in the making, come into my present form out of the soil, rock, and waters of the earth.
I could feel my arms and hands steadily lose their sensitivity, making my motions more and more primitive. Eventually I was left with lobster claws. I could merely open or close my hands. I had no manipulation of my individual digits or any capability to alter the shape or form of my hands. I stepped out of the tub and walked into the sunlight, where Paul suggested I embody a noble tree and acknowledge the grounding energy provided by planting my feet firmly.
It was a highly pleasureable sensation. The beautiful warmth of the sun's rays expanded and awakened all the muscles and nerves in my body. In some ways it was analogous to the joys of stretching after waking from a deep, deep sleep.
